At JakThread, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products. Every order is produced with care, and quality is guaranteed.

Custom Orders & Returns

Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or returned for a refund.

Quality Guarantee

If your order arrives with a defect, printing error, or damage caused by us, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
If the issue is verified, we will reprint or replace the item at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before production begins.

• If an order is canceled, store credit will be issued for the full order amount.

• Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be issued for:

• Incorrect sizing, color choices, or design files provided by the customer

• Minor variations inherent to the printing process

• Delays caused by shipping carriers after the order has left our facility
