Production timing

Turnaround begins after payment and print-ready artwork are received. Many standard DTF orders are ready for local pickup within 24 hours, but order size, artwork issues, specialty work, and production volume can add time. Your pickup-ready notification is the confirmation that an order is complete.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available at 2712 Minuteman Lane. Please wait for your pickup-ready notification before traveling to the shop.

Shipping

Shipping transit time begins after production is complete. Tracking is sent when an order is fulfilled. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed; contact us promptly if tracking stalls or a package arrives damaged.

Deadlines and rush requests

If you have a firm event date or need rush production, contact us before ordering. A deadline is not guaranteed unless JakThread confirms it in writing.

Artwork holds

Missing files, low-resolution artwork, solid backgrounds on DTF files, or other non-printable elements can pause production. The production clock begins when usable artwork is received. Our optional Artwork Review & Basic Cleanup covers minor print-prep fixes only.

Trade and specialty work

Trade Print & Press, garment sourcing, oversized placements, and volume projects are scheduled after review. Please request a quote before sending garments or placing a trade order.
