Content Factory is an internal video-production tool operated by JakThread for authorized team members working on JakThread and Knox Sticker Co. content. It is not a public customer-upload service. Questions or data requests can be sent to contact@jakthread.com.
Information the tool processes
Authorized staff place video footage in designated Google Drive folders. To produce review-ready videos, Content Factory processes footage, selected still frames, file names and identifiers, technical media metadata, generated captions and edit plans, output videos, and job/error logs. Staff should not upload sensitive personal or customer data unless separately authorized.
How Google Drive data is accessed and used
A dedicated read-only Google service account retrieves footage from the designated Raw Footage folders. A separate Google OAuth connection uses the drive.file scope to deliver generated files to the designated Editing and Approval folders. Access is limited by Google permissions and application controls; the tool does not require unrestricted access to an entire Google Drive. Data is used to prepare and deliver internal video drafts, not for advertising personalization or resale.
AI and service providers
Selected frames from approved business footage may be sent to Anthropic's API to analyze visual content and propose editing decisions and captions. Google Drive stores source and review files. Processing systems may temporarily store working copies, generated outputs, and operational logs for rendering, retries, and troubleshooting. We do not sell content or Google user data.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Source files and approved or draft video files remain in their designated Google Drive folders until an authorized business operator removes them. Working copies and logs may be kept as needed for processing and troubleshooting; there is not currently a guaranteed automatic deletion schedule for every file. Access, security, and publication
Folder permissions, separate read and delivery identities, and restricted credentials are used to limit access. Generated drafts require human review; Content Factory does not itself publish them to social media automatically. We may revise this notice as the tool or its data practices change.
